How to freeze curd at home?

1. The most traditional way to make curd at home is to first thicken the milk.

2. You take half liter or one liter milk and after boiling it, boil it for 10 more minutes on medium flame.

3. Turn off the gas and keep the milk to cool. When the milk is lukewarm, prepare curd from it.

4. Now pour the milk into a flat and big vessel. Before pouring milk into this vessel, apply sourdough curd on the edge.

5. Only after this add milk and after adding milk add 1 spoon curd in between and mix.

6. Now keep the milk vessel at a flat and warm place where it does not move at all.

7. Keep in mind that after adding sourdough, you do not stir the milk again and again. Due to this the curd will not curdle completely.

8. Cover the curd making vessel with a thick and warm cloth and leave it for 5-6 hours.

9. When the curd sets, keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours to thicken the cream.

10. In this way you can make more tasty, creamier and cheaper curd at home than the market.

11. The taste of this curd is much better than the curd made from powdered milk in the market.

12. Eat this curd by adding sugar or salt or use it to make lassi.
