In India, papad is often served with food. Some people feel their food is incomplete without papad. Be it khichdi or dal-rice, Indian people eat papad with many food items with great gusto. If you also eat papad every day, then you should learn to make papad at home. Today we will tell you about how to make mixed dal papad.
First step- To make mixed dal papad at home, first take half cup arhar dal flour, half cup moong dal flour and half cup masoor dal flour in a bowl.
Second step- Now you have to add two spoons of gram flour powder in this bowl. Apart from this, add a pinch of asafoetida as well.
Third step- To enhance the taste of papad, add half a spoon of turmeric, salt, a pinch of cumin, one spoon of red chili powder, half a spoon of black pepper powder and a pinch of chaat masala to this mixture.
Fifth step- Leave this mixture to rest for about 30 minutes and then apply oil on your hands and make small balls from this mixture.

Sixth step- Roll out the dough and dry it well in bright sunlight for a day. Your mixed dal papad is ready.
Now you can fry these papads by heating oil in a pan. Believe me, these homemade papads will be tastier than the papads bought from outside.
