Step 1- First of all, you have to mash 200 grams of fresh paneer well in a bowl.
Second Step- In the same bowl, add salt, one spoon flour, one spoon ginger paste, half spoon coriander powder, half spoon cumin powder, half spoon garam masala and mix.
Third Step- Now make small tikkis of this mixture and then shallow fry them in mustard oil.
Fourth Step- After this, cut the potatoes into medium sized pieces and cook them in a pan with salt and a pinch of turmeric.
Fifth Step- Now heat oil in a pan and add one spoon cumin powder and one spoon red chilli powder.
Sixth Step- After this, dissolve dry spices like one spoon turmeric powder and one spoon coriander powder in water. Now you have to add one cup tomato puree, salt, one spoon sugar and one cup water in it.
Seventh Step- Put fried potatoes in the pan and cook for about 5 minutes and then add one-fourth cup of cashew paste to it. Keep in mind that the gravy should not be too thin.
Eighth Step- Now you have to add paneer kebabs in it, cover it and cook it for about two minutes and then mix green coriander and green chillies in it. You can serve this dish hot with roti or rice.
